- Allstate – Allstate offers RV insurance to both owners and renters, as well as an informative guide to how RV rental insurance works.

- Open Roads Forum – The Open Roads Forum, brought to you by RV.net, is the web’s largest online community of RV owners and renters. - Two RV Gypsies – Karen and Lee, the RV gypsies, are full-time RVers sharing their adventures online. Their website is a great tool for those who are new to RVs. They share some of their favorite tools and resources, photos from their most memorable trips, and other helpful information.
- RVing Women – RVing Women is a national network connecting women interested in RVing and the RV lifestyle. They have chapters around the country with social events, support, and more for women on the road.
- RV Lifestyle Experts – The most complete RV lifestyle resource on the Internet. Find the answers to all your RV lifestyle questions here. Find RV books and links to other hard-to-find resources, such as solo travel, family travel, and earning an income on the road. Designed for travelers new to the lifestyle, all the information is free and updated often.
- Moving On With Margo – Margo’s blog highlights the RV lifestyle with posts that put you in the driver’s seat. If you are new to the lifestyle, once you really see the big picture the fear dissipates and a clearer vision emerges. Posts include maintenance procedures that you can handle yourself to keep your RV running smoothly; driving tips; helpful insights on living a comfortable lifestyle; saving money on the road; where to find work; the latest RV fads; and more.

- RV Safely – RV Safeley is a must-use resource for first-time renters. It covers all aspects of RV safety, including RV laws, driving at night, and sharing the road with other vehicles.
- HowStuffWorks Guide to Trailer Towing Laws – HowStuffWorks built a handy guide to RV and motorhome towing laws. It’s a great tool for renters traveling with fifth-wheel or travel trailers.
- Recreation Vehicle Safety & Education Foundation – The Recreation Vehicle Safety & Education Foundation is one of the best resources on RV safety, and serves to educate new RV drivers. You’ll find everything from RV weighing to tire safety, safety checklists, and more. They even offer a driving safety program!

- Good Sam RV Park and Campground Directory – Good Sam is one of the most trusted names in the RV community. They offer a comprehensive, nation-wide directory of RV parks and campgrounds. Find facility and bathroom ratings, amenities offered, number of spaces available, and much more.
- Go Camping America – A user-friendly campground directory of locations in all 50 states. Go Camping America also offers great travel advice, such as essential gear for the road and the top travel destinations.
- US Campgrounds – Tom Hillegass created US Campgrounds, an excellent directory of federal, state, provincial and local campgrounds (does not include privately owned campgrounds) in the US and Canada. You’ll find detailed information on each location, including bathroom and shower facilities, RV hookups offered, the policy on pets, and much more.
- Ultimate Campgrounds – The Ultimate Public Campgrounds Project provides detailed information on all public campgrounds in both the United States and Canada. The project includes mobile apps, meaning RVers can use this great resource while on the road!

- Rand McNally RV GPS – Rand McNally provides excellent RV GPS services for those seeking assistance on the road. They sell an RV Tablet for trip planning and navigation, or, if you own an iPad, they also offer a GPS app.
- RV Driving Tips – The Fun Times Guide created an excellent resource for people hoping to learn how to better drive an RV. They explain how to drive each class of RV, understanding clearance levels, parking the vehicle, and more.
